  • Miss Elizabeth

    Miss Elizabeth is our resident genius! By day, she’s working on her PhD in math, and by night, she’s inspiring dancers in the studio. Talk about a role model! With over two decades of dance experience and a BA in Dance Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she’s the perfect addition to our team!

    Favorite dance memory: Creating dances with friends in her college fundamentals of dance class.

    Fun fact: Miss Elizabeth is also a graduate math instructor at the University of Missouri.

  • Miss Anna

    Miss Anna grew up in Massachusetts and, after spending some time teaching and dancing professionally in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, she’s now made her way to Columbia to join Mareck Dance! She holds a BFA in Dance with a ballet concentration from Purchase College, and we are beyond lucky to have her on our team!

    Favorite dance memory: One of Miss Anna’s favorite memories is performing her senior year jazz production in high school—a special moment shared with the dancers she grew up with.

    Fun fact: Miss Anna is also a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor.

  • Miss Emma

    Miss Emma brings a wealth of dance wisdom to our dancers. With over a decade of teaching experience, she previously served as the head coach of the Capital City High School dance team in Jefferson City. She holds a BA in dance from Stephens College and knows how to challenge her students in the best possible ways. We're absolutely thrilled to have such an inspiring instructor on our team!

    Favorite dance memory: Miss Emma's favorite dance memory is learning how to walk on a big ball in a semester of circus arts!

    Fun fact: Miss Emma's dance team won the district championship twice.

  • Miss Jordyn

    Every dance studio needs a team member like Miss Jordyn! She’s our hip-hop instructor who inspires our students with a can-do attitude. With over 15 years of dance experience, she has a wealth of knowledge to share. Her students adore her fun and energetic choreography! Watching her fun classes is almost as fun as participating in them!

  • Miss Lauren

    Miss Lauren is one of our magical unicorns with the rare gift of teaching preschoolers with endless patience! Along with her experience working with little ones, she’s also studying elementary education at the University of Missouri. With 15 years of dance experience, she has plenty of dance wisdom to share with her students. We're so excited this talented teacher is part of our team!

    Favorite dance memory: Miss Lauren’s favorite dance memory is performing as the Snow Queen in The Nutcracker during her senior year in high school—the Waltz of the Snowflakes is her all-time favorite!

    Fun fact: Miss Lauren is also working for the MU adventure club!

  • Miss Lillian

    Miss Lillian

    Miss Lillian has a special gift for nurturing our youngest dancers' enthusiasm while creating a joyful learning atmosphere. With nearly two decades of dance experience and six years of teaching and assisting, she has a unique ability to guide preschoolers through fun and engaging dance classes. It's wonderful to know that our youngest dancers are in great hands!

    Favorite dance memory: Miss Lillian fondly recalls teaching ballet to young children and hearing her 5-7-year-olds confidently recite ballet terms by year-end, showing their progress and love for dance.

    Fun fact: Miss Lillian was a Company Artist and Assistant Artistic Director with the City Ballet Theater here in Columbia.
